- What is needed to Open a new mailbox?
Two forms of ID. One of which must be a photo ID. DL or Passport. Birth Certificates, Social Security Card, or Credit Cards are NOT accepted.

- What mailbox sizes do we offer?
W currently offers two different mailbox sizes, Small and Medium

- What if my package does not fit in a mailbox?
No problem, We will gladly store them in a secure location for you and notify you by email or text that you have a package waiting for you.

- Are you a P.O box? What will my new address be?
No, we are not a P.O. box, you will have a physical address, perfect for business or personal use. Your new address will look something like 1150 W State Rd 436 # A1, Altamonte Spring Fl 32714

What information do I need to show to open a mailbox?
USPS requires that each ShipPatron customer fill out a Form 1583. This is to verify the identity of the mailbox owner. We will have copies of the form in our office for you when you pick up your first package. We are required to see two forms of identification that include two of the following:

- Valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card
- Armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card
- Passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization
- Current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust
- Voter or vehicle registration card
- Home or vehicle insurance policy.

How does ShipPatron Mailbox work?
Once you sign up, we’ll send you an email with instructions on using the service along with your unique ShipPatron address. When you place your orders online, use this unique address as the shipping destination for your package. Once we receive your package, we will send you an email letting you know that we received it along with an image of the package. When you visit our store for pickup, you can sign for your package, we need at least one form of ID another for us to release the package.

I'm on vacation right now. How long will you hold my packages?
We'll hold your packages for up to 30 days.

Can you accept packages that require signatures?
Yes. Also, we are over 21, so we can accept alcohol deliveries. However, we will ask for identification if the package requires you to be over 21 years of age

Are your payments secure?
Indeed they are! We use HTTPS, which is a secure communications protocol, on each of our pages to ensure that none of your sensitive data is ever exposed.

How do I cancel my subscription?
We'll surely miss serving you! If ShipPatron mailbox service is no longer your cup of tea, you can cancel at any time.


- What items do you need to get a document notarized?
Documents unsigned by any party needing the notary and a photo ID for each person.

- Do you fax/copy/print?
Yes! We can do it all. Also take advantage of our email at support@shippatron.com just email us your documents and we can print them out for you.
